Smoothiebowl 

Ingredients:

  • 250ml low-fat yogurt
  • 1 scoop Vifit Sport Powder taste of your choice
  • 2 hands red fruit (frozen)
  • 1tl agave syrup
  • 1 banana

Toppings:

  • 1el peanut butter
  • ½ Vifit Sport Recovery Bar (taste of your choice)
  • 2el coconut grater
  • 3el muesli or granola

Needed: blender

Preparation: 

  1. Put the yogurt into the blender together with the frozen fruit, a scoop of protein powder, a banana and some agave syrup. Blender well.
  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl
  3. Top off with the toppings (or toppings to taste)
