VANILLA STRAWBERRY HIGH-PROTEIN RECOVERY SHAKE

  1. Fill the blender with 250ML water
  2. Add 3 tablespoons of vanilla powder
  3. Finish with 125 grams of strawberries
  4. Blend together!

 Just to mix it up: Substitute skimmed milk for water for a genuine milkshake experience!

 Tip: Consume the shake within 30 minutes of finishing your workout, as it’s easier for your muscles to recover at this stage.
