VANILLA BLUEBERRY HIGH-PROTEIN RECOVERY SHAKE

  1. Fill the blender with 250ml water
  2. Add 3 tablespoons of vanilla powder
  3. Add 125 grams of blueberries
  4. Blend it all together, and enjoy!

 Just to mix it up: Add a spoon of cocoa powder for extra flavour!

 Tip: It’s best to enjoy this drink immediately after your workout to support and build your muscles.
