protein slushy

Ingredients (for 2 servings):
- 6 scoops (70 grams) of Vifit Sport Shake Mango-Passion Fruit
- 250 grams of forest fruit (frozen)
- 120 ml of Skimmed Milk
- Fresh fruit (strawberries or blueberries) 

Necessities:
- Blender or mixer

Preparation:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a blender.
2. Pour into two glasses and decorate with fresh fruit.
3. Place in the fridge and treat yourself after exercise. 

Tip: Also try cocoa, dried coconut or a tablespoon of chopped nuts as a topping!
