protein popcorn

Ingredients (for 1 serving of 250 grams):
- 3 scoops (35 grams) Vifit Sport Shake Mango-Passion Fruit
- 160 grams of corn
- 80 grams of honey
- 2 teaspoons of sunflower oil

Requirements
- A Large pan

Preparation:
1. Heat the sunflower oil in a large pan.
2. Add the corn and cook on a medium-heat until the corn starts to pop. 
3. Slowly add the honey and stir until evenly distributed.
3. Using a sieve, sprinkle the protein powder over the popcorn and mix together. 
4. Snap! There's a tasty post-exercise snack. 

Tip: Try adding a teaspoon of cinnamon or vanilla extract.
