PROTEIN ICE CREAM

Ingredients (for 4 ice creams):
Mango
- 2 scoops (23 grams) of Vifit Sport Shake Mango-Passion Fruit
- 250 grams of Quark
- ½ mango
Beetroot
- 2 scoops (23 grams) of Vifit Sport Shake Strawberry-Goji
- 250 grams of Quark
- 80 ml of beetroot juice

Requirements:
- Four ice molds (metal or plastic)
- Four ice cubes
- Blender or mixer

Preparation:
1. Mix the Quark, protein powder and the mango or beetroot juice in a blender. 
2. Pour the mixture into the moulds and insert the ice cubes.
3. Freeze for 3 hours.
4. Get your tongue stuck/enjoy the awesomeness!! 

Tip: Want to try something zingy? Use 80 ml of pineapple juice instead of the mango or try raspberry juice instead of beetroot juice.
