Recipe: Protein Hot chocolate 

Ingredients (for two cups):

  • 4 scoops (46 grams) Vifit Sport Vanilla protein powder
  • 500ml skimmed milk
  • 2 tablespoons of cacao powder

Instruments:

  • Hand blender or food processor.
  • Saucepan or Microwave bowl

Preparation:

  1. Add the Vifit Sport Vanilla powder and the milk and cacao to a blender. Mix until you get a consistent mixture.
  2. Pour the mixture into a pan and bring to the boil over a medium heat, alternatively heat in the microwave for about 2 minutes.
  3. Pour into two mugs. A deliciously tasty post-winter workout treat!
