protein frappuccino

Ingredients (for 1 serving of 250 ml):
- 3 scoops (35 grams) of Vifit Sport Shake Vanilla
- 250 ml Skimmed Milk
- 2 shots of espresso
- 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
- 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
- 4 x ice cubes

Requirements:
- Blender food mixer

Preparation:
1. Mix the protein powder, the milk, espresso, sugar and vanilla ice-cream in the blender. 
2. Pour over the ice cubes in a long glass. 
3. Perfect after a warm workout

Tip: Mix it up with a scoop of chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla!
