RECIPE: Protein carrot cookies

Ingredients (for 15 cookies):

  • 3 scoops (35 grams) Vifit Sport Shake Mango-Passionfruit
  • 250 grams of oats
  • 100 grams of whole wheat flower
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 50 grams of raisins
  • 50 grams of pecans roughly chopped
  • 50 grams of shredded coconut
  • 30 grams of pumpkin seeds
  • 30 grams of flax seed
  • 100 grams of carrots, grated
  • 100 grams of honey
  • 150 gram coconut oil, melted 
  • 2 eggs

Materials:

  • Baking paper
  • Baking tray   

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Put some baking paper on the baking tray.
  3. Put the Vifit Sport Shake Mango-Passionfruit with the oats, flower, baking powder, cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, raisins, pecan, coconut, pumpkin seeds, flax seed and carrots in a bowl and mix.
  4. In another bowl, mix the eggs with the honey and melted coconut oil.
  5. Mix both mixtures together.
  6. Make 15 small balls of the mixture and put them on the baking paper.
  7. Put the baking tray in the middle of the oven and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let it cool off and then... enjoy!
