Protein bliss balls
Ingredients (for 15 pieces):
- 3 scoops (35 grams) Vifit Sport Shake Vanilla
- 12 dates, unpitted and roughly chopped
- 3 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons of cacao powder
- 3 tablespoons of shredded coconut (plus some extra for the outside layer)
- Blender or foodprocessor
- Put all ingredients in the food processor or use the blender to make a smooth mixture.
- Roll about 15 balls from the dough.
- Put some shredded coconut on a plate and roll every protein ball in there, so that the outside is covered with coconut.
- After workout snack is ready to go!
