Protein bliss balls  

Ingredients (for 15 pieces):

  • 3 scoops (35 grams) Vifit Sport Shake Vanilla
  • 12 dates, unpitted and roughly chopped
  • 3 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons of cacao powder
  • 3 tablespoons of shredded coconut (plus some extra for the outside layer)

Instruments:

  • Blender or foodprocessor

Preparation:

  1. Put all ingredients in the food processor or use the blender to make a smooth mixture.
  2. Roll about 15 balls from the dough.
  3. Put some shredded coconut on a plate and roll every protein ball in there, so that the outside is covered with coconut.
  4. After workout snack is ready to go!
