Vifit Sport HIIT-Workout!

Duration: 30 minutes

The workout consists of three parts with three exercises each. Perform the three exercises of part 1 consecutively (= one round) and after rest for one minute. Repeat for round two and three. After this you continue to part 2 and then part 3, with three new exercises and rounds!

* Each exercise is now 45 seconds. If this is too easy you can make it up to 60 seconds or even 1.5 minute!

Part 1: execute three times with 1 minute of rest between each round 

  1. Burpee’s (45 sec)
  2. Squats (45 sec)
  3. Planking with leg-raises (45 sec) 

1 minute rest

Part 2: execute three times with 1 minute of rest between each round 

  1. Jumping lunges (45 sec)
  2. Mountain climbers (45 sec)
  3. Leg-raises (45 sec)

1 minute rest 

Part 3: execute three times with 1 minute of rest between each round 

  1. High knees (45 sec)
  2. Back kicks (45 sec)
  3. Push ups (45 sec)

1 minute rest

DONE!
