#BREAKING4 MARATHON TRAINING PLAN

Wondering how to run a marathon in under 4 hours? #MissionMarathon-er Jo Humphrey’s 16 week guide is the plan for you. The #breaking4 training plan is for those of you who can run 60-80 minutes non-stop comfortably, and will help you on your way to achieving 9 minute miles! Make sure to follow team ambassadors - runner and cyclist Joe Mackie, as well as fitness influencer and personal trainer Becs Gentry on Instagram!

#SPEEDDEMONS MARATHON TRAINING PLAN

This training schedule is for the runners who have set their 2018 goal to run a marathon in under 3 hours. The #speeddemons plan for our #MissionMarathon runner Lily Bridgwood will have you running at least 30 miles a week and help you to build up to running 6:30min/mile. For motivation, follow our squad captains on Instagram: 20-time marathoner Andy Dixon and Guinness World Record holder for fastest father and son marathon Ben Green.
